This is my local, the TIGER INN.  EASINGTON.  Here you can see a small collection of my landscapes, in the dining area. one mile down the road in LOFTUS, is an exhibition of my wildlife photography, at the 'OLD CO-OP CAFE' on the main road, just past the library.

The Tiger is open every day and is a popular place to eat and drink. meals are not usually served on saturday, (except by arrangement) as there is probably live music.

in the summertime, on the odd bank holiday, they have live music in the garden, along with childrens entertainment, and a barbecue.  you can check when, or book a      table for a meal, on 01287 640420

Below are three pictures of Staithes.  inland of here, is a stream, in fact several, that run into what is known as Staithes Beck.  this flows out to sea there, effectively cutting the village in half. south of the beck is Staithes, and north of the beck is Cowbar. the beck is also the county boundary.  you can find more pictures of Staithes and Cowbar, by clicking on the 'more' button, above.
